Every body is the unique, physical manifestation of the person. Within our bodies is our history, our experiences, our beliefs, and our emotional patterns. Our bodies are our interface with the world and life. I believe that bodywork must be practiced with this awareness. During a bodywork session, there is an opportunity to not only effect change in muscle fibers, but also to release tension patterns on a deeper level, by addressing the nervous system, and the body's experiences. To promote the body's self-healing, I incorporate Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, cupping, and a variety of techniques. It is an honor to facilitate healing for every body, including athletic, pediatric, prenatal,  postnatal, post-operative, and geriatric clients.
